About This Option

A traditional pooja room is a dedicated space with complete religious detailing: a raised platform, carved pillars and arch, a dome or gopuram profile above, jaali screens, and often a stone or clad floor distinct from the rest of the house. We plan direction and idol placement around your family practice and Vastu preferences, usually orienting the worshipper to face east or north where the layout allows. The room is detailed for real daily use rather than appearance alone - a heat-resistant surface at the lamp position, ventilation for smoke, storage for festival items and vessels, a shelf for books, and a washable floor finish. Lighting is layered with a warm downlight on the idols, concealed cove light in the dome, and a planned ceiling point for a bell or hanging lamp. Materials run to teak or veneer joinery, marble or granite platforms, and brass or copper accents.
