About This Option
A custom storage unit is designed around an inventory of what you actually keep in the living room, which is what separates it from a bought bookshelf. We measure the available wall, then divide it into closed sections for things you want hidden such as documents, chargers, games and spare linen, and open sections sized for books, plants and display pieces. Shutters can be flush and handleless so the unit reads as part of the wall, or glass-fronted where you want a display cabinet. Internally we plan adjustable shelves, soft-close drawers and cable routes for anything that needs power. Finishes are matched to the rest of the room so the unit looks built-in rather than added on. This is the practical fix for living rooms where clutter collects on surfaces because nothing has a designated place.
